The financing combined equity from, inter alia, Patria Investments, an existing partner of capiton AG, and debt from CVC Credit. The transaction marks an important step in AlphaPet’s international growth strategy. With the acquisition of JR Pet Products - one of the UK’s leading providers of natural dog snacks - AlphaPet strengthens its European premium pet food portfolio, while continuing to drive expansion in key markets.
