Dr Andreas Duttig advises companies on all matters relating to commercial and company law and related areas of law. In addition, he assists entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals with estate planning and succession planning.
Mr Duttig represents clients before the civil courts, particularly in cases involving shareholder disputes and directors’ liability, but also in complex commercial disputes and matters of inheritance law.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, he is a lecturer in company law and private commercial law at the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences for Business and the Environment.
