Dr. Jenny Buchner advises corporations and medium-sized companies on all matters relating to contract and commercial law, in particular on the drafting of complex contracts and on legal issues relating to purchasing, production, and distribution.
Another focus of her work is on maritime trade and transport law issues and logistics. Accordingly, her clients include companies in the maritime industry.
Dr. Jenny Buchner represents her clients in commercial law disputes, particularly those with a maritime connection, both before state courts and arbitration tribunals. She is also regularly appointed as an arbitrator.
