Dr Jochen Reuter advises on all matters relating to private construction and architectural law. Thanks to his many years of experience in large-scale construction projects, clients regularly consult him on strategic issues at the start of a major project and then engage his services to advise them throughout the construction process. He advises in particular on large-scale infrastructure projects, but also on plant construction, such as the decommissioning of several nuclear power plants. He also has many years of experience in litigation.

Furthermore, Dr. Jochen Reuter regularly advises both project developers and hotel operators on hotel projects. Thanks to his network in the hotel industry, his in-depth knowledge of hotel operator agreements (lease, management and franchise agreements) and his expertise in private construction law, he is frequently commissioned by clients to develop new hotel projects at the interface between hotel operations and private construction law, as well as to provide legal support for hotel transactions.
