Dr Viviane Körner advises on private construction law, architectural and engineering law. She specialises in advising on complex construction projects, particularly in the areas of building construction, civil engineering and infrastructure. In addition to providing strategic advice and drafting and negotiating contracts, she supports her clients during construction and in the area of warranty management. She has particular expertise and experience in innovative contract and project methods, especially building information modelling (BIM) and partnering.
