Leopold Linden advises national and international clients on commercial tenancy law, real estate transactions, and construction, architectural and brokerage law. His focus is on the legal review and support of complex transactions, particularly in the field of renewable energies and in the asset management of office, retail and hotel properties. This includes extensive due diligence reviews, collaboration on share purchase agreements and real estate purchase agreements, and support in closing processes. He also drafts and negotiates commercial leases in the office, retail, hotel, photovoltaic and wind power sectors. He represents clients in out-of-court and court disputes.
