Lorenz Käppeler practices in the area of public procurement law and at the interface between public procurement law and private construction law. He advises state and municipal authorities as well as public and private companies on all matters relating to public contracts. This includes, in particular, project-related support for clients in the design and implementation of procurement procedures and project contracts. Lorenz Käppeler represents both clients and bidders in public procurement review proceedings and provides legal support for construction projects from the planning stage through to completion.
