Luisa Streichert advises on all matters of private construction and real estate law. From providing advice throughout the project lifecycle to contract negotiations and drafting, and on to the out-of-court and in-court enforcement of claims, Luisa Streichert represents her clients’ interests with determination and a sense of responsibility.

A key focus is on advising and representing construction companies, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, both on complex construction law issues during the course of a project and in litigation before the courts.

In addition, Luisa Streichert advises on the drafting of construction contracts and on real estate law issues. Another focus is on advising and representing architects and engineers, particularly in liability cases.
