Mr. Notz has extensive experience especially in corporate law, for example in advising managing directors, boards of directors, supervisory boards and advisory boards, as well as in conflict resolution concerning shareholders. Furthermore, Mr. Notz advises on the structuring of associations, in particular on complex structures of large associations, including the drafting of articles of association and general meetings. In the area of private clients, Mr. Notz acts as executor of wills. Mr. Notz is also co-author of practice-leading handbooks and commentaries.
