Dr Daniel Petzold provides advice on all aspects of German and European competition law. The focus of his work is litigation in cartel damages actions. He also advises on distribution antitrust law, R&D cooperation, proceedings before competition authorities and merger control as well as on other disputes with competition law implications. He also advices clients on the control of foreign direct investments in Germany.
