Jan Phillip Salver

Jan Phillip Salver specializes in advising clients in and out of court on construction and public procurement law. In addition to advising clients on projects, he also represents the interests of contractors. He also advises on the interface between public procurement law and construction law. Thanks to this combination, he guarantees a holistic view of the project. Another focus of his work is the procedural enforcement of construction contract claims.
