Dr Marc Röbke advises public contracting authorities and companies on public procurement law in the preparation and implementation of national and Europe-wide public procurement procedures. His range of activities also includes administrative, funding and state aid law. He regularly represents clients in review proceedings before public procurement tribunals and higher regional courts.
