Dr. Mathias Mantler

Dr. Mathias Mantler has been supporting stakeholders in the public sector since 2000 and is head of the Procurement Law Practice Group at LUTZ | ABEL. He advises public authorities and economic operators on all issues related to public procurement law and government contracts. In particular, he provides project-related support to contracting authorities in the drafting and implementation of public procurement procedures and project contracts. He supports companies from Germany and abroad in successfully bidding for government contracts. In addition, he represents clients and bidders in procurement review proceedings. Dr. Mathias Mantler has more than 20 years of project experience and extensive industry expertise, particularly in the areas of healthcare, infrastructure, research, IT and public security.
