Schulamith Reckzeh has been working in the field of litigation since she was admitted to the bar. She specialises in advising and representing leading auditing companies, auditing associations, issuing houses, banks, independent financial service providers and other professionals both in and out of court in all legal matters relating to banking and capital markets law as well as litigation law, in particular in the area of liability for capital investments.
In addition, she advises entrepreneurs and private clients with an entrepreneurial mindset on matters of wealth succession and estate planning, as well as on structuring charitable activities, particularly those involving charitable foundations and gGmbHs.
