Dr. Michael Zoller is the leading expert in Germany when it comes to defending investor claims in capital investments. In addition to almost 30 years of litigation experience with numerous landmark decisions of the Federal Supreme Court, he has also contributed to this with his handbook "Liability for Capital Investments".
