The company uses satellite-based, high-resolution infrared thermal imaging technology to collect Earth’s surface temperature data from space for various applications. These include, for example, measuring water stress and plant health to prevent crop failures in agriculture, the early detection of wildfires, heat islands in cities, and overheating of industrial production facilities, as well as strategic reconnaissance for defense purposes.
